DENTAL ASSISTANT
We are recruiting for Dental Assistants of all skill levels - pay is based on experience. Seeking a team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. Ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has good time management skills. Looking for someone who is excited to grow their knowledge and skills in dental health, while making a difference in our community by helping patients.
POSITION SUMMARY
Works under the direction of a qualified professional dentist or dental hygienist. Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of dental care, within the objectives, standards and policies of the department and within the parameters of his/her preparation. Performs a wide variety of challenging and technical duties and cooperates with the members of the dental staff and other center departments

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Work Experience:
One year of experience as a dental assistant preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. Experience with dental front desk and dental software preferred but not required.
Education, Certification and Licensure:
Graduation from high school or equivalent required. Graduation from an accredited dental assistant program and certification preferred but not required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for this position and must be obtained prior to the start of employment.
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
Bilingual preferred.
