Job SummaryKaukahi, LLC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer tojoin our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting thevisual communication needs, with responsibilities spanning from design toproduction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in graphicdesign, and print production, preferably within a master planning environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality illustrations and graphic designs for a variety ofdocuments and training purposes. Design layouts using standard gridprinciples, adhering to correct aspect ratios and material specifications tomeet customer requirements. Convert slides, photos, and negatives intodigital formats (e.g., JPEG, PDF), and securely transfer large filesusing DoD SAFE or equivalent platforms. Produce a wide range of graphicsproducts including overhead transparencies, maps, posters, 2D/3Ddisplays, charts, flyers, and laminations. Operate and maintainlarge-format printing, mounting, and laminating equipment to supportproduction needs. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) related to graphic production processes and workflows.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills & ExperienceHigh school education or GED required Minimum 3-5 years of experience inillustration and graphic design, preferably in a military master planningsetting. Proficient in graphic design software and tools (e.g., AdobeCreative Suite, CorelDRAW, or equivalent). Experience in large-formatprinting and finishing processes (mounting, lamination, etc.). Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ina fast-paced environment. Demonstrated understanding of design principlesincluding color theory, typography, and layout. Familiarity with securefile transfer protocols, such as DoD SAFE.

Location:

RemotePhysical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Positionmay require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficientmobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneelingto complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May includelifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.

Optional:

Physically able towalk or stand for more than 6 hours per dayMust be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
