Job Summary:
Adecco is partnering with a local client in Oshkosh, WI to find a highlyanized and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations and accounting functions. This role involves managing tasks in Sage software, handling accounts receivable, coordinating travel and office needs, and providing exceptional support to both internal staff and clients. •This is a

opportunity and is not a temporary or temp-to-hire position•
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain customer, job, and invoice data in Sage accounting software. Create and process sales orders, invoices, and customer payments in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and update customer records, including address changes and other account details. Coordinate travel for out-of-state employees (hotels, flights, rentals) and manage supply orders (office, rental equipment, filters, etc.). Schedule and track equipment calibration and assist with new hire onboarding logistics. Review field reports, provide administrative support for accounts receivable, and serve as a backup for accounting tasks in Sage. Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, and document retrieval.
Required Skills & Abilities:
High level of reliability, discretion, and trust with confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new accounting systems. Excellent attention to detail,munication, andanizational skills. Strong customer service mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable operating office equipment (multi-line phone, copier, 10-key calculator).
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years administrative/accounting experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform standard office functions. Must be able to bend, stretch, and lift light office materials as needed.
