Pay Rate:
$41.06 per hour plus $2.20 shift differential, with overtime available at double time on the 7th day if worked! Why you should apply to be
HVAC and Facilities Technician:

What's a typical day as HVAC and Facilities Technician? You'll be: – Installing, servicing, modifying, rebuilding, and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. – Operating central plant equipment/systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and air compressors. – Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, and taking appropriate corrective actions. – Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failures and documenting all preventive and corrective work activities using a computerized maintenance management system. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: – Have a High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in facility operations. – Possess an S1 or S2 license and EPA refrigeration "Universal Certification." – Have experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and energy management systems. – Are knowledgeable in HVAC and plumbing systems and can read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics.
