What You'll Do Lead and mentor our awesome dental assistant team Assist with exams, procedures, and making sure patients (especially the kiddos) have the best experience possible Keep our clinic running smoothly by managing schedules, supplies, and ensuring safety and sterilization protocols Collaborate with our front desk and dentist to deliver top-notch patient care What You'll Bring Active RDA or CDA certification (plus nitrous oxide permit is a bonus) 2+ years of dental assisting experience, preferably with kids Leadership chops and a friendly, can-do attitude Strong organizational skills to keep our busy schedule on track
