MSOE is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team and help us maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment across our 16-building campus in downtown Milwaukee. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring our campus remains a safe and comfortable environment for students, staff, and faculty. You\'ll be responsible for: Troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to keep our buildings running efficiently. Performing regular preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure consistent performance. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC equipment. Monitoring system performance and making adjustments to improve energy efficiency. Collaborating with the facilities team to support general building maintenance. Responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to daily campus operations. Keeping your working area safe, wearing and/or using appropriate safety equipment and tools, and abiding by established safety policies and procedures.
