Set up and operate numerous machine tools to precision tolerances fromblueprints and sketches. Maintain all process documentation.

Primary work will be on a CNC lathe and CNC mill.

Makes, modifies or improvises tooling and gauging to complete assignments.

Machine components per written or verbal instructions and performs precisionmachining operations to highest quality standards.

Works with a broad range of materials (stainless, hardened steel, exotics).Performs inspection of product using such equipment as micrometers, dialindicators, surface plate and associated accessories, bench comparators,profilometers, optical comparators, etc. as required to assure compliance.

Strives to maintain high personal productivity level and performs otherrelated duties as assigned as well as training other employees when necessary.

Must be able to work independently to meet customer demands and manageworkload of department.

Able to learn and apply new information and concepts within the technicalarea.

Able to describe tasks and processes.

Able to identify problems (RCA) and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications3-5 years of experience.

HS Diploma or GED required.

Must have a high degree of mechanical ability and machine expertise.

The ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings.

Working knowledge of shop trigonometry.

Must have a strong working knowledge of CNC machining including demonstratedworking knowledge of G&M code.

Compensation DetailsHourly:

$20.00 - $28.00Additional Compensation Hourly Rate for this position will be determined basedon the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, andabilities. It will be compared with internal equity and market data for thisposition. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus through thecompany bonus program.
