Full-time (8 am- 5 pm) Essential duties and responsibilities: Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) II position is responsible for providing direct daily care, supervision and activities for persons residing in the Respite Care Unit The LVN will provide and monitor medical services and may serve as shift leader This position must be flexible enough to fill in during emergencies, vacation and sick leave if needed This position will provide homemaker, respite and habilitation service, as defined by the Home/Community-Based Service Principles This position will work at other TPC facilities as needed Administer, monitor and chart the use of medications as scheduled following physician's orders and monitors/treats medical conditions Reports medical problems to program R.
