We are seeking an Event Technology Administrator to join our team in our ongoing mission to be the premier resource for buyers and suppliers worldwide, streamlining product discovery and making the process of building productive business partnerships more efficient. Job Summary The Event Technology Administrator helps transport, organize, and plan the company's IT infrastructure at company events. They work closely with hotels and conference centers to ensure that clients have to ability to seamlessly connect to the internet. Supports clients and staff with hardware and software issues. Summary of essential job responsibilities Setup and teardown of tablets and Wi-Fi equipment at company events Ensures that event data and Connect data is properly uploaded during and after company events. Helps design policies and procedures to make event technology more efficient. Transports all company equipment used at conferences. Supports clients and staff with the highest degree of professionalism Minimum Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft and iOS operating systems. Ability to support desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, etc. Expertise with Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity. Knowledge of mobile device management tools and mobile operating systems. Abilities Required Ability to work as a team to perform a large amount of work to setup and teardown company equipment in a short amount of time. Organization and documentation skills. Exceptional customer service skills must be able to help all levels of end users and ensure that their experience with company technology is positive. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced atmosphere. Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to drive a light box truck, or ability to learn within 6 months of hire Ability to pass DOT required physicalTitle :
