These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed as an Individual and as part of a Team.

Route Sales Commissions:

Starting route salesmen earn 13% commission on their sales. These sales are to established customers who are repeat buyers of a specific set of products. Routes have average annual commissions of $30,000 - $60,000 depending on experience of the driver.

New Account Commissions:

Can also earn additional commissions by signing up new customers which provide an instant extra commission as well as helping to grow the overall sales on their existing routes.

Requirements:

Delivery Route Experience Class A or B CDL Required Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn Integrity and Dependability Strong Communication and Organizational Skills At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving-related convictions in the last 5 years Able to stand, bend and lift, grasp and carry equipment and bottles weighing up to 50 pounds, approximately 300 times a day

Technical/Functional Skills:

Basic Math and Communication Skills Basic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone) Sales or Negotiation Techniques Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills Knowledge of the hub city and surrounding areas for routing purposes A pre-employment verification is required including a background check,Motor Vehicle Report, and screening for substance abuse.
