Kohler, Wisconsin Opportunity Kohler Co. is looking for dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin location. This is a great seasonal opportunity for college students and high school grads entering college in the fall to earn a great wage to help pay for their education. Individuals hired for our summer opportunities will be assigned to a production or service department to acquire the necessary skills to support the assigned department. The position often requires weekend work and/or mandatory overtime. Available opportunities will be on 1st and 3rd shift. Learn plate number and identify colors. Restock line side supplies. Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position. Associates must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware. Weekly Clean up. (Water Strider Support on Robots) Load and unload ware for Robotic Cell. Start up and shutdown procedures and Arc Spray. Connecting and disconnecting groundcoat tanks, arc spray tip changes. Quality control of groundcoat and performing flow test for groundcoat for flow and pattern consistency. Weekly Clean up. (Robotic Ground Coat) Will require passing PIV and Lockout Tag and Hoist certification.
