Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate of required experience.Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess: Experience performing quality assurance tasks and customer service in technology related field. Help desk experience preferred. Must be an outstanding communicator and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills; and the ability to work collegially and interact effectively with a diverse constituency. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Effective time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Incumbent must be able to work independently and is detail-oriented. Customer service experience is strongly preferred. Proven success working with stakeholders; project management skills; experience in a data-driven environment; organizational skills; and the ability to lead, influence and motivate others are required. Working knowledge and experience in these areas: Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, internet browsers, E-mail and network connectivity troubleshooting.
