RECRUITING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Are you highly organized and enjoy helping others? Do you enjoy working with employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences? If this sounds like you, you may be our next Recruiting Administrative Assistant. The Recruiting Administrative Assistant works directly with the Recruiting Managers on the Manpower Team to provide administrative support in staffing of large industrial construction projects. Recruiting Administrative Assistant role is vital to the success of our project team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Support the Manpower team for the assigned region Coordinate all backgrounds, drug screens, and safety requirements of craft workers Utilize internal software to track employee placements on projects Scan, upload, and file employee documentation Initiate, track and provide support to candidates during electronic onboarding process Communicate project prerequisite and details to assigned craft workers
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Highschool diploma or GED. Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred 1 - 2 years' experience in a recruiting/staffing role and/or 1-2 years administrative experience supporting the recruiting function Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to prioritize workload, work with a sense of urgency, and shift between tasks when needed. Resourceful with the ability to learn new tasks easily and work independently. Strong computer background, including proficiency with MS Office / Excel and data entry. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred. Ability to communicate effective (verbally and written) in English and Spanish Experience in industrial construction, DISA, and/or safety councils preferred PERKS Bonus opportunity eligibility Full medical / dental / vision package to fit your needs 401k plan with company match 16 paid time off (PTO) days 9 paid holidays
