Install and deploy hardware components.

Install and deploy software applications.

Image and configure machines using SCCMStructure user workstations.

Transport a work system to a new location.

Switch to a different workstation system.

Alter the end user.

Install additional hardwareInstall additional softwareAlter the existing hardware configurationUpdate installed softwareCustomize software settingsUninstall unused softwareTroubleshoot issues and provide resolutionsAdditional responsibilities:

Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.

Act as the liaison between Zones' team and the customer.

Follow specific instructions provided by the customerMaintain a clean work environment.

What you'll bring to the table:

High School diploma or equivalentAssociates degree and/or 2+ years experience with PCsystems, related peripherals and common software programs and Windows Operating Systems.

Experience imaging machines with SCCM.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.

Demonstrate active listening skills with ability to act with sensitivity and empathize with customer's situation.

Demonstrate compassion and discretion in a patient care environment in support of overall service provided to the customerAbility to lift 50 lb
