Ted Russell Nissan is the fastest growing Nissan Dealership in East Tennessee. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include, but not limited to- Promptly greet customers in a courteous manner Build relationships with customers to enhance their service experience Advises customers on current and future service needs based on technician recommendations Develops estimates combining labor, parts, and other charges Keep customer informed of vehicle repair status and estimated time of completion Prepares repair orders by recording concerns and symptoms; obtains approval signature Acts as a liaison between customer and technician Prepares repair orders by recording concerns and symptoms; obtains approval signature Responsible for preparing work order for payment and accepting payment(s) Qualifications and Skills Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Excellent customer service skills Energetic attitiude Work well in a team envionment Prior experience in similar position a plus, but not required.
