Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced consultant with expertise in Warehouse Operations and Human Resources within the retail & e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics & supply chain industries. This consultant will work closely with our leadership team to identify inefficiencies, streamline operations, and drive overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth assessments of current warehouse operations and HR processes to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement. Analyze workflows to detect redundancies in work efforts and propose solutions for optimization. Develop and recommend streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction. Implement strategies to remove delays, ensuring faster and more effective business operations. Collaborate with department heads to execute process improvements and monitor progress. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for long-term operational success.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in warehouse operations and human resources, particularly in retail & e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics & supply chain industries. Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving operational efficiency. Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Minimum of 7-10 years of consulting or industry experience in related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies. Prior experience consulting for mid-sized to large organizations. TalentMatch®
