Job Requirements:

• Sharpen Knives on a belt grinder within 3 weeks of start date. Training will be very hands on and thorough. We are aware almost no one applying will already know how to sharpen on a 2X72 belt grinder, as long as you have steady hands and good concentration it can easily be learned.
• QC Sharpness and bevel evenness
• Conduct quality control measures to ensure the proper finishes are being met for their respective parts
• Must be able to lift 30lbs

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background and Drug test. Great benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) match. Nine Paid company holidays, paid vacation time and personal days. Medical Benefits start after 90 day probation period.
