(CTC) has been in business since 1993 serving the Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Residential Markets. CTC is seeking highly skilled self motivated 3rd/4th Apprentices obtaining their (01) Journey Level Electricians license with a strong background in service work. CTC = Committed To Customers CTC requires Fully Licensed 3rd/4th Year Apprentice Electricians that are Licensed in both Washington & Idaho with at least 1 year experience as a Service Apprentice Electrician. CTC has a fun and exciting working atmosphere along with CTC Team barbeques, Family Beach Parties, and CTC Social Team Events. CTC maintains a family atmosphere with CTC Clients & Customer being apart of the CTC family, which includes CTC Client Appreciation Events and Barbeques at OUR CTC Team's Shop. CTC is providing unique opportunities for talented and motivated Service electricians with the following experience and desires.

• Troubleshooting, Installation, Planning, in all aspects of the Electrical Industry from Industrial, Institutional, Mass Notification Systems, Commercial, and Residential.
• Industrial Controls experience is a plus.

Responsibilities Learn to Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with NEC standards. Learn to Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality. Learn to Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute electrical projects accurately. Learn to Collaborate with construction teams on renovation and construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Learn to Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus. Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous. Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently. A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant coursework or certifications are a plus.
