Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a light industrial staffing branch recruiter to join our branch team in Taylorsville. This person needs to be dynamic, self-driven, goal-oriented, strategic and a real go-getter who gets results and who loves the challenge that is the staffing industry!

• This is an office-based position. The shift will be 8am - 5:00pm.
• Compensation DOE. Full-time, permanent status employees are eligible for incentive bonuses and the company offers excellent medical, HSA, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits

• As the Recruiter, you must have excellent client relationship building skills possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment have excellent oral and written communication MUST be bilingual English/Spanish The primary responsibilities include: ensuring that all open orders are filled in a timely manner building and maintaining strong client relationships ensuring the clients receive the highest level of service at all times managing and ensuring strong relationships with our associates on assignment ensuring that all operations processes are followed ensure that our associates are working in a safe environment

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year experience in a staffing agency required Bilingual English/Spanish a must Knowledge of Tempworks Enterprise or Beyond ATS preferred Strong leadership skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced/high pressure environment Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent customer relations and communication skills High proficiency in use of online job boards like Indeed, Ziprecruiter, social media platforms Proficiency with MS Office and Google Sheets Valid driver license and reliable transportation Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
