Administrative/Support Job Purpose:
Optum Construction Group is in need of a Bookkeeper to take care of all our company day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Processing biweekly payroll Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition Ensure data accuracy Bank and credit card reconciliationsWork Environment:
