Position Summary:
Anchor Network Solutions is seeking a Workstation Deployment Specialist that will provide remote and onsite support services for our clients. We are seeking personalities who love interacting with clients, working in many different technology environments, and having fun while doing it. Responsibilities of the
Workstation Deployment Specialist:
    Communication:
    Communication is key for success in this role. Clients must be kept up to date on the status of their order, the schedule for deployment, and proper follow up.
    • Schedule management: The Workstation Deployment Specialist will be responsible for scheduling onsite service calls with clients to deploy systems and ensure that the deployment calendar is accurate at all times.
    • Workstation deployment: The Workstation Deployment Specialist is the guru for all things related to setting up new computers at each of our client sites. They will follow checklists to ensure that all deployments are done consistently and accurately. Deployments typically run at a backlog and as such create a fast-paced work environment to meet client needs.
    • Create and maintain client checklists: The Workstation Deployment Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Managing client expectations: The Workstation Deployment Specialist will set client expectations by keeping them informed throughout the process. They will set timelines with the client and expectations on getting a new computer. Is this who you are?

    • The Workstation Deployment Specialist needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling several ongoing deployments with the ability to shift when something unexpected is thrown at them.
    • We need someone with proven experience deploying computers.
    • The Workstation Deployment Specialist will need to have a strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Azure services.
    • We need someone that is process, procedure, and checklist driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • An ideal candidate will demonstrate time management proficiency and the ability to deliver projects and assigned tasks on time. We work in real time and update notes and statuses the same way so at any time anyone can see where things stand.
    • We need a stellar communicator, internal and external. The Workstation Deployment Specialist will need to make sure everyone is on the same page and that we are providing updates before we are being asked.
    • The Workstation Deployment Specialist will need to have or acquire upon hire certifications such as CompTIA A+, and Microsoft MS-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
    Additional Details:
    • Must have personal reliable transportation. Anchor maintains two physical offices; however, client need often dictates an onsite visit to provide support or consulting. Depending on the situation, support may be rendered via phone, email, remotely, or onsite.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
    • Must have reliable transportation,
    • Must have a smart phone.
    • Anchor has two physical office locations: Englewood, CO (I25 and Dry Creek) and Colby, KS. This position is specifically for Colby, KS office.
    • Any offer of employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
    • Salary based on experience.
