Planning & Scheduling Manager Samuel Knight International Limited Durham, NC • Remote Samuel Knight International, a leading recruitment firm based in Dallas, is proud to partner with one of the countries top vertically-integrated developer businesses who specialize in Solar and BESS construction and asset management projects. They are currently in the process of looking for a Planning & Scheduling Manager to plan and schedule large utility-scale construction projects of around $25-3000MM. You would manage a small team of Project Schedulers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and manage Master Schedules for multiple projects Develop executive-level portfolio schedules Conduct planning sessions with all project disciplines Produce detailed, resource-loaded project schedules (L1-L5) Integrate subcontractor schedules into master schedule Generate regular reports for senior management Monitor and update project progress accurately Lead schedule reviews and communicate risks to leadership You MUST have experience working with MS Project or Primavera.
