The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top healthcare talent across various medical specialties and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing:
Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including: Case Managers, Grievance & Appeals Coordinators, Pharmacy Technicians, Prior Authorization Specialists, RN Review Analysts, and other allied health professionals.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a tailored recruitment approach.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic recruitment advice to clients.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter in an agency role . In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
