Full Job Description Job Summary:
LINX is searching for an in-house recruiter who will help us identify and attract top-tier talent to join one of the fastest-growing low voltage IT integrators in the US. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be recruiting for roles in commercial structured cabling, access control systems, audio-visual systems, wireless/DAS solutions and mission-critical data centers. You will play a key role in shaping the future of LINX by attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Align candidates with LINX's core values to hire top talent passionate about our mission. Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and operational roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through industry networking and relationship-building. Post jobs to internal and external platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed and ADP. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and communication between candidates and hiring teams. Draft offer letters and support onboarding in collaboration with HR, IT, and hiring managers. Manage employee referral process, including outreach and bonus tracking. Support recruitment operations and process improvement with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Minimum Requirements At least 6 months of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, even during peak periods. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and foster teamwork. Proficient in Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Teams. Pay Rate:
$26.00 - $31.00 / hour
