Job Description:

As an After Care/Preneed Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss and sell preneed insurance plans, providing peace of mind for families. This role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions for each client. The position is semi-remote, offering flexibility with limited office hours required for meetings and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to explain preneed insurance options and benefits.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals through self-motivated efforts in a commission-based structure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Limited Lines Life and Health Insurance License in the state of Virginia.
• Previous sales experience or funeral service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with limited office hours for in-person meetings or administrative tasks.

• 100% commission-based pay structure - your earning potential is directly tied to your performance!
• We provide you with office space to meet with clients.

Work Environment:

• This is a semi-remote position, allowing flexibility in your schedule while requiring occasional office presence for team collaboration and client meetings.
