They are highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individuals who operate with high urgency and low ego. They have strong communication skills and naturally connect with others. When people who know them describe them, they point to their energy and passion as their most dominant characteristics. Essential duties and responsibilities Recruiting agents to join BEST is the main focus of day to day activities. This role requires cold outreach (i.e. calling and texting).
Target:
To consistently set 30-40 agent appointments per week. Master presenting the Best Homes value proposition during the call. Diligently add notes in the CRM.
