Responsibilities :

Processing receipt of goods from Bills of Lading Processing supplier invoices Processing material transfers Processing inventory transfers Maintaining inventory cost database in Excel Working with the Purchasing Team to clear open POs Reconcile discrepancies between the inventory system and supplier invoices Weekly cycle count analysis Data entry for quarterly Physical Inventories Assist with organizing and documenting quarterly Physical Inventories Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and the Purchasing Team Strong attention to detail Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
