Role:
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent who is not only driven to succeed in real estate but also has a vision beyond sales. This position is commission-based and offers leads provided by Steward's, along with hands-on guidance in sourcing additional leads. You will work with heirs to determine whether their properties should be wholesaled or listed on the market, depending on their needs. More than just sales, this role is for agents who want to build a future in real estate investing . If you're interested in flipping houses, acquiring multi-family properties, development, or other facets of real estate, this is the place to start . Our goal is to give you the tools, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to transition from agent to successful investor in your own right.
Who You Are:
Active real estate license holder. Real estate experience (under a year) - ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience. Previous sales or acquisitions experience preferred. Experience working with estate attorneys, paralegals, or in probate-related fields is a plus. Have a huge network and an active social life. Be technologically savvy. Interested in learning about flipping, multi-family acquisition, and development. Spiritually awakened - understands or is open to concepts like quantum physics, energy work, and the power of mindset. Passionate about personal development and committed to becoming extraordinary. Teachable, a reader, and someone who values growth. Have a strong work ethic and integrity. Be committed to excellence. Committed to giving back and making a difference in the lives of others.
