Job Summary Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and a flair for marketing? Ball Pro is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with other members of the marketing team in creating consistent artwork for our product lines, including promotional materials, catalogs and other materials for print and web and all other forms of digital assets. This person will report to the Marketing Manager.Responsibilities/Qualifications General responsibilities:
Approach every project with a strategic mindset, ensuring each design aligns with marketing goals Lead and execute rebranding initiatives Bring ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions - creative input will be a key part of the team's success Maintain brand consistency by developing templates and ensuring alignment across all marketing materials Create and optimize visuals for various print and digital platforms Collaborate with team members to provide design expertise and ensure high-quality deliverables Other skills: Portfolio / examples of work 4+ years' experience Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proven experience creating designs across multiple platforms Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset Excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve problems Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity when neededPreferred Qualifications:
Basic video editing and photography skills Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools Knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and branding design Familiarity with Office 365 for team collaborationJob Type:
