Job Title:

Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities Perform maintenance on machinery used in vinyl flooring production. Work on conveyors, bearings, chains, roll mixers, waste stations, heaters, extruders, mixers, rollers, and boxing machines. Maintain and repair hydraulics, including changing hoses. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including PLCs and 480V systems, utilizing lockout/tagout procedures. Perform preventive maintenance and handle work orders such as fixing air leaks. Focus on electrical maintenance, comprising approximately 70% to 75% of the work. Essential Skills 8-10 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with lockout/tagout procedures. PLC troubleshooting experience. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet. Experience with VFDs, sensors, and proxy switches. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr. benefits including full medical, dental, vision, 401k etc. 90 hours of PTO to start, year 3 increases to 120 hours Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Fostoria,OH.
