Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Mail Carrier to join our team. As a Mail Carrier, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to residential and business addresses. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and driving. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize mail and packages for delivery
• Load mail into vehicle and ensure proper handling
• Drive designated routes to deliver mail and packages
• Collect outgoing mail from businesses and post offices
• Obtain signatures for registered, certified, and insured mail
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds)
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
