• Outside of Houston, TX) As a Remote Recruiter at Legacy, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clinical and corporate teams, including nursing roles and other essential healthcare positions.

Since this is a fully remote role, we are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, personally accountable, and excels at working independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and responsiveness. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to self-manage workload efficiently. While great recruiters can come from anywhere, healthcare recruitment experience is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role. What We're Looking For ✅ High-Volume Recruitment Experience

• While not extreme, expect around 35-40 active requisitions at a time, occasionally flexing up to 60. Prior experience hiring front desk staff, call center reps, medical assistants, nurses, and corporate roles is a plus. ✅ Healthcare Recruitment Experience Preferred
• Understanding the unique challenges of hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles in a healthcare setting is highly valued. ✅ Self-Directed & Personally Accountable
• You take full ownership of your workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time without constant oversight. ✅ Strong Vetting Skills
• We need recruiters who dig deeper—not just checking boxes, but truly understanding a candidate's movement, motivations, and potential red flags. ✅ Sense of Urgency & Adaptability
