Expertise in desktop software and hardware troubleshooting, mobile device support, and network configuration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office applications, PowerShell scripting, and mobile device management. Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes is a plus. Strong ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently. Ability to communicate complex technical procedures clearly to staff at all levels. High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical certifications preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support with a focus on troubleshooting and infrastructure support. Solid understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. Experience with Apple iOS and Android devices is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
