SoftPro has an opening for a R ates & Fees Specialist on our Implementation Team to enhance our existing, new or prospective customer's experience with our suite of SoftPro products. This position will be in our Raleigh, NC office or remote. What will I do as a Rates & Fees Specialist on the Implementation Team at SoftPro? You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing new and updated title insurance rates, recording fees, and transfer tax calculations, as well as creating formulas. Additionally, you may be required to: Assist with program set up and configuration Assist our Support Team by providing telephone or online support to customers as needed Assist our Research and Development team with QA efforts on new or enhanced products What skills do I need to be successful as a Rates & Fees Specialist?
