In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

Some responsibilities may include:

Recruiting

• Phone screens, interviewing, job offers Maintaining personnel files Assists with new hire training and orientation Participates in job fairs Various HR/Administrative duties

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age Must have reliable means of communication & transportation Must have the legal right to work in the USA Must have the ability to read, speak and write English Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D Knowledge of HRIS systems, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background Must have a minimum of 2 years high volume, full-cycle recruitment experience Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience Must be reliable See a different world.
