Installs, inspects, and maintains temperature control systems onsite and via remote connections.

• Responsibilities:

• + Inspects, maintains and calibrates all temperature, humidity and recording devices including meters and gauges.

+ Reads, writes, modifies and maintains automated building software and hardware for designated systems. + Maintains inventory and records for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems. + Troubleshoots, analyzes and advises on system malfunctions and operational requirements. + Ensures safe and effective operations and working environment. + Responds to alarms, sensors, and alerts appropriately. + Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations. + Other duties as assigned.

• Education:

• + High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required.

• Certifications:

• + None required.

• + Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. + Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

• Work Experience:

• + Minimum of 5 years of experience working within one or more of the following areas: pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or other related field required. + Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping, blueprints and electrical circuits and schematics.

• Physical Requirements:

• + Ability to be mobile for extended periods of time
• + Ability to travel throughout the Cleveland Clinic health system +
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Pay Range Minimum hourly:

$25.13 Maximum hourly: $38.33 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
