Job Description

Our client, a leader in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Scheduler to join their team. As a Production Scheduler, you will be part of the operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a leadership mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $60,000 - $70,000
  • What's the Job?
  • + Processing daily customer service orders and scheduling them for production.
+ Coordinating closely with purchasing and procurement to confirm material availability. + Generating and distributing batch cards and production paperwork. + Communicating with the production team to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations. + Managing downtime planning for maintenance and acting as backup for the Production Assistant when needed.
  • What's Needed?
  • + High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus). + Experience with SAP or similar ERP system. + Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.). + Inventory management and batch scheduling experience. + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. + Ability to pass background screening, and drug screening.
