Responsibilities:

Work Order Creation:

Generate accurate work orders and share job details with teams.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Lead daily scheduling meetings and ensure deadlines are met.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Partner with production control, programming, and material management.

Continuous Improvement:

Promote accountability, efficiency, and team development.

Backup Support:

Provide coverage for team members when needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred. Experience in production scheduling or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
