Job Description
Knowledge of:
Leadership, recruiting, coaching and mentoring skills Five or more years as a Commercial Loan Coordinator, or similar, preferred. Two to three years' experience managing direct reports. Strong oral and written communication skills Various software programs and commercial banking products and services Ability to: Lead high performing teams; ensures team follows established options Develops new procedures and approaches to problems when necessary Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressuresEducation and Training:
Requires High School diploma; continued education preferred. Requires a minimum of 5 or more years of related banking experience, in loan coordination, collateral documentation or lending operations. Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office The pay range for this position in Colorado is typically $80,000 to $120,000 salaried. The actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience. The starting pay may be above or below the stated range. This role is eligible for one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
