Salary:

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.Inbound Inquiries:
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, offering knowledgeable assistance and information about insurance options.Plan Customization:
Develop personalized insurance plans that cater to the unique circumstances and requirements of each client.Sales Strategy:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance client portfolios and provide comprehensive coverage.Client Retention:
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, addressing any concerns or changes in their insurance needs.Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to offer updated and accurate advice.Requirements Licensing:
Active Wisconsin and/or Minnesota Property & Casualty or Life License is strongly preferred.Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service field is highly desirable.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Customer-focused:
Strong aptitude for understanding and meeting client needs and preferences.Remote Work:
Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining high productivity levels.Tech-Savvy:
