QUALIFICATIONS

Education High school diploma or equivalent (HSED) required Work Experience 2+ years' experience in a related HR support position required Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Basic understanding of HR/employment regulations and practices. Ability to effectively articulate and explain features, processes, calculations, and configurations to non-technical end users/clients. Ability to communicate effectively with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of tact and discretion. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks with appropriate levels of urgency. Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
