Salary:

Representative:

Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience with proven history of production in the insurance industry Proven relationship building, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, listening and organization skills Ability to work independently in a fast pace and rapidly changing environment Having experience as a former agency owner is a plus Identify and solicit sales prospects from outside sources to grow book Having referral connections and rooted in the community is a plus Comfortable with customer interactions through various communication methods and must be able to represent the organization professionally and responsibly High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated proficiency in sales Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills Fluent with Microsoft products, including Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new apps and systems Responsibilities for
