Hayward, CA or Sacramento, CA You are an Engineering Administrator supporting a dynamic team This position pays : $82,000 $100,000+ What you will be doing: Support engineering staff, track time and attendance, and onboard new hires Initiate and update Project Plans as submitted by Engineering Management Maintain and update department databases using Microsoft Office Suite Analyze data to identify trends and generate reports Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate department activities Track department budget and ensure compliance What you bring: 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant/administrator, preferably in an engineering department Experience using ERP software SAP experience is a plus Engineering background is beneficial but not required
