Yearly Shift:
Days and some over night travel What does a Recruiter do? The recruiter is directly responsible for recruiting and hiring for assigned locations, including new start-up cities, seasonal hiring, troubled cities, and special needs determined by the HR team. Primarily focused on completing the full-cycle recruitment process. Maintain and update the company website for all open positions, job descriptions, set up for new users, and all activities involving the employment portion of our web page. Record, update, and analyze candidate data Provide consistent recruitment updates to Regional Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers Request postings for all internal and external positions under company guidelines. Work with Regional Recruitment Manager when career fairs are needed Maintain the open positions reports and establish recruiting plans for cities needing assistance in the hiring process Provide direction for recruiting efforts within the company; utilize a broad range of recruitment sources to meet staffing and EEO/Affirmative Action requirements Assist local management with the execution of employee retention efforts Ability to perform a SWAT analysis on assigned stations Treat all information as confidential Possess the tact to effectively deal with all levels of applicants, employees, management and clients Maintain E-verify and I-9 process for all new hires Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) Ability to travel up to 30% with some overnight stays Other duties as assigned What skills are required to Join the Team? Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience should include coordination of mass hiring events, screening from entry-level to Management positions Proven track record of building positive relationships with managers across multiple locations Intermediate skills in compliance, recruiting, and retention; customer service, client relations, and communication skills, both written and verbal Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint Meet necessary requirements to complete pre-employment screening and obtain a security-sensitive identification badge All applicants must consent to and pass a drug test as part of a conditional job offer. - REQUIRED Previous ATS experience If you have these additional skills, it's a bonus! ADP Language Skills:
