• Excellent experience building decks to present design system credibility
• Ability to independently drive work with a group of designers to manage design system workflows
• Strong attention to detail and proactiveness
• Hands on experience building a system with development teams
• Expert with design judgment, systematic decision making
• IoS/Android and web based platforms

• Motion or illustration design Job Description This person will not have direct reports.

They need to be senior in design communication skills and be able to work with stakeholders to represent the enterprise design system. This person will be helping to support decision making for the design system team, as well as delegate design system tasks, manage design system workflows and reviews. This person will be in the weeds of maintaining the system, understand components quality, and be able to lead design system demos.
