Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Service Technician position include: Technical school graduate or equivalent experience. Experience with heavy industrial machinery; food manufacturing experience is a plus. Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs (Siemens/Rockwell). Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and communication skills. Travel to customer sites (85% travel) to install, maintain, and repair equipment. Provide remote technical support via phone and email. Train customers and new technicians on equipment use. Manage and document service visits and troubleshooting activities. Collaborate with teams across the organization to solve customer issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all tasks.

Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
