- Strategic selling team Responsibilities
- Install basic wiring and control end devices such as temperature and pressure sensors, control relays and current sensors.
- Install and Terminate Network cabling.
- Install and Terminate Unit Controllers and confirm proper operations.
- Diagnose electrical issues in HVAC controls and perform corrective actions to maintain system functionality.
- Work in a Team to assist other HVAC Control Technicians on larger projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Document work performed, including maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
- Communicate with Contractors and Owner's Maintenance personnel in a clear, professional manner.
- Other Duties as assigned. Requirements
- Must possess a valid Tennessee State driver's license, a safe driving record and be able and willing to operate company-owned vehicles.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in low-voltage electrical systems and control wiring.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, building automation, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior technicians.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, crawl, sit, talk, move about, hear, and speak.
