Job Description Kisinger Campo & Associates is looking for a self-motivated individual with a thorough knowledge working with computers and good communication skills. Position primarily responsible in assisting with common desktop issues, imaging new computers, logging help desk calls and maintaining inventory. Position receives direction from network manager and senior network engineers and reports to the director of information technology. Learn Responsibilities :

Help desk support up to date detailed logging of requests, analyzing, troubleshooting desktop issues Provide support through screen sharing or via site visits as necessary Escalate support issues and engage next level support when needed Become familiar with software used by corporation Maintain routine supplies such as toners, keyboards, mice, carry cases etc. Create purchase orders, make purchases, inventory and disburse with approvals Update inventory with any equipment transfers, purchases and retirements Run Ethernet cable as necessary Create network user accounts and assign licenses as approved by network manager Image and push deployment packages to machines and mobile devices as specified Install workstation setups, or ship to designated offices for setup Train users how to use new equipment and software Recommend updates to procedures, make network administrators aware of any package issues Maintains a well-organized computer maintenance/build area Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to exchange defective products Limited PC repair for out of warranty issues Must be available to work overtime as necessary Presence at the designated office or job site is necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position.
