Full Job Description KeyResponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

Mustbewillingtoworkovertimeonweekends,holidays,andafter-hourswhenon call MakedailymechanicalcheckonequipmentintheMechanicalRoom,Roof,HVAC,EMSsystems,refrigerated cases and walk-ins. etc. Maintainallrefrigeration,HVAC,EMSsystems,electrical,andmechanicalsystemsandmakenecessaryrepairs. Performs preventative maintenance tasks, leak checks, inspections and records required information and maintainsjurisdictionallyapplicablerecords,EPAformsandrequireddocumentationinbothpaperformatstore and electronic in Corrigo and Trakref. MonitorspreventivemaintenanceworkdonebyoutsidecontractorsandnotifiesAreaRefrigerationManagerof issues or problems with outside contractors. Responsiblefortroubleshootingrefrigeration,HVAC,mechanicalandelectricalproblems,performingrepairs, documenting solutions and recommending further action. Maintainsahightechnicallevelintroubleshootingandmaintenanceofmechanicalandelectricalequipment. Managecommunicationsforservicecallsinatimelymannerasrequired. Maintaincurrentlicense,inspection,permit,andcertificaterequirementstomeetallstateandlocalcodes. OperatesEMSbuildingcontrolsandautomationsystems.

Finetuneoperatingparameters.

Adjustsetpointsand schedules. Fully understand and modify building control sequences and operates the

EMS / BMS

systems.

Performavarietyofadministrativetaskssuchas:

orderingmaterialandwritingpurchaseorders,anddataentry for work reports and refrigerant leak reports via company supplied electronics. Performalldutiesinatimely,efficient,≺ofessionalmanner. Maintainaneat,cleanandsafeworkareainmechanicalroom,roof,servicevehicle, etc.

Qualifications:

EducationLevel:

HighSchooldiplomaorequivalent.

GraduateofRefrigeration/Mechanicalschoolorcompletionofaminimum of three years apprenticeship .

ExperienceLevel:

MinimumofthreeyearsinGroceryRefrigerationandHVACrelatedwork.

SkillsandExperiences:

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunication skills. Abletoperformdutieswithahighdegreeofaccuracyandcaretoavoidmechanicalbreakdowns. Abletorespondtodirectandradiorequestsassoonas possible. AbletomaintainproperneatuniformappearanceofCompanyprovidedworkshirtandemployeeprovidedclean blue jeans without holes or tears. WearrequiredPersonalProtectiveEquipmentasrequiredincludingarcflashandsafetyglasses. Mustbecomputerliterate. Mustpossessavaliddriver'slicense. MustpossessanEPASection608UniversalCertification Abilitytoreadandcomprehendmanuals,prints,andwork orders. Knowledgeoftoolsandequipmentmaintenance. Generalrecordkeepingskills. PHYSICALENVIRONMENT

Mostworkisperformedinbothindoorandoutdoorwork environments. Abilitytoperformmanuallabor. Incumbentmayusevarioustradetools,andotherofficeequipmentinthecourseofnormalworkday. Stooping,bending,twisting,lifting,andreachingisrequiredincompletionofjobduties Thepayrangeis$50.00to$62.00perhour,butnolessthanthelocalminimumwage.

Startingrateswillvarybasedon things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
