An initiative-taking, self-starting attitude with the ability to develop and scale new product features effectively. Experience in implementing, driving, and managing the adoption of best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Hands-on, ready to engage deeply with technical challenges, and unafraid to 'roll up your sleeves.'
